blueberry buckle
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups Flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 cups blueberries
- Topping
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter softened
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Blend together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, shortening, milk, and egg until smooth
- Add blueberries and spread into greased pan or baking dish
- Sprinkle topping over mixture
- Bake for 55-60 minutes
