- 1 1/2 Quart Strawberries
- 1 Small Package Strawberry Gelatin
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
- 1 1/2 Cups Water
- 1 Cooked Pie Crust or Graham Cracker Crust
(Precooked frozen pie shells are available in the frozen food section of the grocery store.)
- Mix together all ingredients except strawberries.
- Cook over medium heat until bubbly.
- Line pastry or crust with the glaze, add berries and top with more glaze.
- Top with additional strawberries (if desired)
